Welcome to Butterfly & Wildflowers. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. The shop

We sell handmade natural body care and crafts. Product photos and descriptions are representative; handmade items may vary slightly. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice until you complete checkout.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact, shipping, and billing information.

3. Orders & payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel orders for errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. Payment is due at checkout unless you choose pay-at-pickup. Card payments may be processed by Square or a demo processor during testing.

4. Shipping & pickup

Shipping rates are estimated using USPS-style service options and package weight/zone from Johnson City, TX. Final carrier times are not guaranteed. Local pickup has no shipping charge. Tracking numbers, when available, will appear in your account and order confirmation.

5. Loyalty points

Signed-in customers may earn loyalty points on the cash amount paid for an order (typically 1 point per $1 after discounts). Points may be redeemed for dollar-off discounts at checkout and/or for selected free products designated by the shop, subject to available balance and program rules (including maximum percentage of an order payable with points). Unused points expire after 12 months unless the shop sets a different period. Points have no cash value outside this program, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted for returns, fraud, or program changes.

6. Reviews

Product ratings and reviews must be honest and lawful. We may remove content that is abusive, spam, or unrelated to the product.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, abuse reCAPTCHA or other security measures, scrape the site excessively, or interfere with other customers.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and product photography are owned by Butterfly & Wildflowers or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

9. Disclaimers

Products are provided as handmade goods. Body care results vary. The site is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, except where prohibited by law.
